Transparent, competitive professional fees structured to suit the scope and complexity of your engagement.
Fees for Professional Services
Current rates are competitive with those of professionals with similar qualifications and experience. Discounted rates will be negotiated for specific assignments and specialist services, and some services will be quoted as a fixed lump sum.
Please contact us for a written fee proposal and cost estimate once your firm's requirements are known.
What's Included
Rates are inclusive of disbursements, except for Travel and Accommodation outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
Fees payable for room hire, transcripts or other facilities, and any professional services retained on behalf of clients or parties, will be charged at invoiced cost.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
Tax Invoices are issued monthly by Tozer & Associates Pty Limited for the professional services of Barry A Tozer. Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the Tax Invoice.
Late payments will be charged interest on the outstanding balance at 0.50% per month after 60 days from the date of the Tax Invoice.
Arbitrations & Court References
For Arbitrations, Court References and other proceedings, prior arrangements will be made for Security Deposits to be held in a Trust Account and drawn down periodically in accordance with a Fee Agreement.
